I’ve been a psychotherapist since 2008, during this time I’ve worked with families through their loss and grief journey.
Talking about your emotions allows you to express any fears, worries, concerns, guilt, or anything else you may feel.
Internalised emotions can effect your body, these include headaches, sleep disturbance, anger, body aches and pains, depression. You may find other ways of coping consuming more alcohol, drugs, or risk taking and reckless behaviour.
If you can identify with some of these things you may want to seek help either through counselling, speaking to your GP, Mind and the Samaritans
